Service Agreement and Terms of Use

Welcome to NatureClean Cleaning Services (“NatureClean,” “we,” “us”). By booking a service, accepting a quote, or allowing our technicians onto your property to perform work, you (“Client,” “Customer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services & Limitations
NatureClean specializes in Technical Surface Preservation and hygiene. It is important to understand the scope and limitations of our work:

Cleaning vs. Restoration: We are a cleaning and preservation service, not a restoration or construction company. While our methods can dramatically improve the appearance of surfaces, we do not perform mechanical grinding, polishing, stone honing, or structural repairs.

Stain Removal: While we utilize professional-grade bio-enzymatic and chemical solutions, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains. Some stains (such as deeply set rust, oil that has penetrated concrete, or inorganic fertilizer burns) may be permanent.

Service Exclusions: We strictly DO NOT perform roof cleaning, roof soft washing, or marble polishing. Any request for these services will be declined.
2. Pre-Existing Conditions & Liability
NatureClean is not responsible for damage due to loose, broken, or pre-existing conditions of the property.

Loose Paint & Stucco: Pressure washing and soft washing may dislodge loose, chipped, or oxidized paint/stucco. NatureClean is not responsible for the loss of loose paint or siding that was already compromised prior to cleaning.

Pavers & Stone: We are not responsible for loose or cracked pavers/tiles that were held in place by dirt or weeds. Once cleaned, these pre-existing structural issues may become visible.

Watertight Integrity: The Client is responsible for ensuring that all windows, doors, and electrical outlets are tightly sealed. NatureClean is not liable for water intrusion due to defective seals, open windows, or preexisting leaks.
3. Water and Electricity Usage
The Client agrees to provide NatureClean with an on-site water supply (exterior spigot) and, where necessary, access to an electrical outlet to perform the service.

Water Flow: If the property has low water pressure (common in some well-water systems), please inform us beforehand.

Well Water: If your property utilizes well water, NatureClean is not responsible for any issues related to the well pump or filtration system during the standard course of water usage.
4. Site Access, Pets, and Safety

Access: The Client agrees to provide clear access to the work area. Please ensure gates are unlocked and driveway codes are provided.

Clearing the Area: Please remove fragile items, potted plants, and decor from the immediate work area before our arrival. We will move standard patio furniture, but we are not responsible for damage to fragile items left in the cleaning zone.

Pets & Children: For safety, please keep children and pets inside while our technicians are on-site. While our Bio-Foam is eco-safe once rinsed, wet surfaces and hoses present a slip/trip hazard.
5. Payments and Cancellations

Payment Terms: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept [Credit Cards, Checks, Zelle, etc.].

Late Fees: Invoices unpaid after [Insert Number] days may be subject to a late fee of [Insert Percentage/Amount].

Cancellations: We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service window may be subject to a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount].
6. Media Release and Photography
NatureClean reserves the right to take “Before and After” photographs or videos of the work performed for training, quality assurance, and marketing purposes.

Anonymity: We will never publish photos that compromise your security (e.g., house numbers, license plates, or security codes) or privacy.

Opt-Out: If you do not wish for photos of your property to be used in our portfolio, please notify us in writing or via email prior to the service.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the service, you must notify NatureClean within 24 hours of completion. We will return to inspect and re-clean the area in question at no additional cost if the issue is deemed to be a quality defect in our workmanship.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert Your County, e.g., Broward or Miami-Dade] County.
